We work hard to be accurate, but no newsroom is perfect. When we get something wrong, we fix it promptly and openly.
How to report an error
If you believe an article contains a factual error, email [email protected] with:
- the link (URL) to the article,
- the specific statement you believe is incorrect, and
- what you believe the correct information is, and a source if you have one.
How we handle it
We review every correction request. If a claim is inaccurate, we update the article as soon as possible. Substantive corrections — those that change the meaning or a key fact of a story — are noted on the article so readers can see what changed. Minor fixes such as typos may be made without a note.
Rates and data
Exchange rates in our articles are a snapshot from Currency.Wiki's data at the time of publication and naturally change over time — a rate that has since moved is not an error.
